
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In exchange for the membership payment, INSTINCT MARTIAL inc. agrees to allow the member to attend all classes included in their subscription.
Other specifications:

The member declares being physically fit to begin physical training. They must consult their doctor independently before starting any class participation.

The member acknowledges that certain risks are associated with participating in these physical and training activities. Therefore, the member agrees to release the business and its representatives from any legal action arising from an incident, including any negligence on their part or that of their guests.

This membership is non-shareable. It may be transferred to a third party for a $50 administration fee.

Opening hours and class times may be modified with notices posted in the studios and on the website. During the summer, hours and the number of classes may be reduced.

In case of a returned check or disputed credit card payment, a $35 fee must be paid to cover banking fees.

For credit card payments, if the amount cannot be charged on the due date, attempts will be made weekly until the full amount is collected, including refusal fees. These fees are $10 per refusal. We will contact the member to notify them.

With this membership, I confirm that my intention is solely to practice this discipline. I understand that any partial or full copying of the INSTINCT MARTIAL inc. program for commercial purposes or to offer employment in competition with our instructors constitutes fraud and may lead to legal action.

If a membership was purchased at a discounted rate, it is under no circumstances refundable or creditable. It may only be transferred for a fee of $50 plus tax.

It is mandatory to reserve and confirm your attendance for each session. Reservations must be made through the website. No bookings will be accepted by phone, text message, or email. In case of cancellation, it is your responsibility to cancel your reservation directly through the website. Repeated no-shows may result in applicable fees. Any no-show under a pay-per-class package will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the stated policy.

INSTINCT MARTIAL inc. reserves the right to terminate a member's subscription at any time.

It is your responsibility to submit the cancellation request before the next billing cycle. No refunds or retroactive changes will be granted for late requests. If applicable, your membership will remain valid for one additional month and be cancelled at the following cycle. All cancellation requests must be made by email to info@instinctmartial.com. A penalty equivalent to one month's membership will apply upon cancellation.

INSTINCT MARTIAL inc. offers 3 hours of free underground parking to active members and free trial participants. INSTINCT MARTIAL inc. is not responsible for any fees related to lost parking tickets. For any claims, please contact Indigo management at (418) 628-6852.

The student discount applies only to post-secondary students upon presentation of a valid student card.

The family discount applies to monthly memberships only and is available to members of the same immediate household living together.

INSTINCT MARTIAL inc. cannot be held responsible in the event of loss and/or theft. It is your responsibility to store your personal belongings in a safe place.
STATEMENT REQUIRED BY THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT
(CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BY A BUSINESS OPERATING A FITNESS STUDIO)
The consumer may cancel this contract without charge or penalty before the business begins to fulfill its main obligation by sending the attached form or any other written notice to that effect to the business. If the business has begun fulfilling its main obligation, the consumer may cancel the contract within a period equal to 1/10 of the contract's intended duration by sending the attached form or another written notice to that effect. This period begins when the business starts to fulfill its main obligation. In this case, the business may not charge the consumer more than 1/10 of the total price stated in the contract.
The contract is canceled, without further formalities, upon the sending of the form or notice. Within 10 days following the contract cancellation, the business must refund any amount owed to the consumer. Consumers are encouraged to consult articles 197 to 205 of the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P-40.1) and, if necessary, to contact the Office de la Protection du Consommateur.
