-
Be punctual. Every minute counts: your attentive presence from the very beginning of class reflects your commitment and shows respect toward your instructor and training partners. Punctuality is an essential part of the martial path.
-
The use of cell phones is strictly prohibited during class. It is an unnecessary distraction and must be stored with your personal belongings. If you need to keep it with you for professional and/or family reasons, please inform the instructor at the beginning of class.
