KUNG FU FOR CHILDREN
MARTIAL AWAKENING: 3-5 YEARS OLD
This course is intended for young people aged 3 to 5 who wish to begin their practice in the world of martial arts. Through a fun and family approach, this course aims to develop the child's motor skills, his coordination, balance, orientation and spatial perception. During a period of 45 minutes, the young person will be able to deepen their listening and concentration, in order to be able to confidently join the group of 4-7 year olds: Games & Balance, where the young person will become more autonomous in their practice. To learn to run, your little ones must first learn to walk.

Our instructors will guide your child in discovering the Martial Arts. Through educational games and practice stations, children will learn to develop their potential and perform various exercises related to Kung Fu.
In addition, this course will allow your child to develop their sense of balance and motor skills through different workshops such as ground acrobatics and through a host of fun specific exercises. Our aim is also to develop their flexibility and spatial awareness. At this age, acquiring a sense of spatial orientation and maintaining a good level of flexibility are essential elements in their progression towards Kung Fu.
