INSTINCT MARTIAL offers a martial arts course specially designed for your young teenagers.This course is intended for children from 10 to 13 years old who wish to begin their learning or deepen the basics of Kung Fu.

Through our group classes, young people will be able to learn the different fundamental techniques of Kung Fu. They will discover the basic positions in addition to various sequences of combinations. Thanks to our courses, children will also discover different exercises and learn many martial acrobatics. Kung Fu classes for children are an ideal opportunity to help young people develop body awareness, endurance and flexibility.

The practice of Kung Fu provides many benefits for children. Martial arts are excellent for the development of the young. They help to improve concentration and allow better self-control. At INSTINCT MARTIAL, our teaching is done in accordance with the traditions of Chinese Kung Fu. We believe in the importance of the concepts of discipline and great respect for others.

By choosing to initiate your young teenagers (10 to 13 years old) to Kung Fu, you give them the most beautiful gift. Through the courses, our instructors will transmit to them the passion for Martial Arts. Young people will also have the opportunity to develop good physical shape as well as a valuable discipline which will serve them throughout their lives.
