INSTINCT MARTIAL is proud to offer you a Kung Fu Parent - Child lessons one of a kind in Quebec city. The objective of this course is primarily to promote physical activity among families. In addition, it promotes sharing with your young people and helps build healthy lifestyle habits through the practice of Martial Arts traditional.

This is a course open to all families wishing to live a unique experience. Please note, however, that children must be 6 years of age or older to participate in the parent-child class. Is your child under 6 years old? Know that we offer a course of awakening to martial arts specifically adapted to young people aged 4-7. We believe in the importance of children first developing some motor coordination before taking part in the Kung Fu Parent-Child Classes.
